....The past students of St. Andrew's College, Grahamstown, South Africa. of which Dr. W. Stuart Macgowan, late of Cheltenham College, is principal, have decided to erect a new chapel as a memorial to those Andreans who had fought or fallen for their country in South African wars, and to suitably inscribe their names therein. £10,000 is required for the purpose. Dr. Macgowan hopes to get help from the trustees of Mr. Rhodes's Education Bequests for the College, and he himself gives £20 to the O.A. Memorial Fund.

392 TROOPER GUY VIVIAN GRICE: NATAL MOUNTED RIFLES (FORMERLY COLONIAL SCOUTS).



A former old boy of St. Andrew's, Guy died of enteric fever on 5th May 1900.

Also commemorated on the Natal Volunteer Memorial Plaque at Pietermaritzburg, Natal.
