In Polesworth Abbey, Warwickshire.

This chancel screen is erected by his friends and relatives in loving memory of Charles Maitland Forbes Trotter Lieutnt 2nd Cheshire Royal Engineers who was accidentally killed at Chatham whilst preparing to embark for South Africa on active service April 10 1901 in his 19th year. Your joy no man taketh from you.

A chancel screen, or rood screen, "is typically an ornate partition between the chancel and nave, of more or less open tracery constructed of wood, stone, or wrought iron." (Wikipedia)

Charles appears to be buried at Polesworth, probably in the Abbey churchyard.
