Spotted in Edinburgh, the memorial to the KOSB men who served from Afghanistan to South Africa.

A busy road next to the memorial prevented more / better pictures.

Its position on North Bridge, courtesy of Google Maps. The monument can be seen on the left, behind the bus shelter,

Fortuitously, because of a demonstration, North Bridge was closed to all except police vehicles on Friday evening.

Berenice,

I heard about the protest on North Bridge and wondered whether that would help or hinder you. I am pleased it was the former!
