In St. Michael's churchyard, Holbrook, Derbyshire. Son of Charlotte Walker, who died in 1903.

Private William Henry Walker,
her son,
of the 10th Royal Hussars.
who died at Bloemfontein,
24th April 1900,
aged 29 years.
GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN.

A glance at Watt, suggests that Walker died of disease, although, the particular one is not stated and was interred at Waverley Road Bloemfontein.

He died of enteric - Army and Navy Gazette 19001208. Yes, his death was reported in December 1900.
