Interesting on the memorial there is a Lance-Corporal John Robson when it should actually be James.....

Some of the photos could do with being retaken; wasn't a good day for taking photographs, outdoors or indoors..

There's another Black Watch memorial in Perth, but I found it impossible to photograph clearly on the day, so I don't know whether it's James or John on that one - needed to use flash, but I was being watched, so was reluctant to use it. Hopefully I'll be back in the area in November and I'll try to check the local paper for a mention of him.
