In the churchyard at All Saints', Childwall, Liverpool. There's an acute accent over the a in every use of the surname Quáck on the three stones above the family vault; as far as I can make out from an online search, the pronunciation was the same as 'quack' by a duck.
TO THE MEMORY OF
REGINALD WALTER QUÁCK
OF THE NATAL POLICE FIELD FORCE
SECOND SON OF
EMIL AND MARGARET ANN QUÁCK,
WHO DIED 8TH JULY 1900, AGED 26 YEARS
IN THE SERVICE OF HIS COUNTRY.
INTERRED IN THE NEW CEMETERY,
AT DUNDEE, NATAL, S. AFRICA.
He was the son of Emil and Margaret Ann (née Kilshaw) Quáck. Reginald's birth was recorded in the first quarter of 1875, in the West Derby and Toxteth registration district, making him 25 at the time of his death, not 26. His elder brother, Emil Aitken Quáck, was born in the first quarter of 1874. The third brother was Frederick Charles (he also shows up online as Frederick Charles Kilshaw Quack), and the fourth was Gotfried Wilhelm Joy Quáck, later known as Godfrey William Joy Quack.

The centre stone records the names of Margaret Ann (Margery), the dearly loved wife of Emil Quáck, who died 1882, aged 31, and Godfrey William Joy Quáck, fourth son of Emil and Margaret Ann Quáck, who died 3rd March 1925, aged 46.
That on the right remembers Laura Emma Quáck, née Jarrett, who died 11th May 1909, aged 53, the dearly beloved wife of Emil Quáck, and Emil Quáck, who died 6th October 1924, aged 80.
The top step remembers Emil Aitken Quáck J.P., eldest son of Emil and Margaret Ann Quáck, and Margaret Marquis, wife of Emil Aitken Quáck.
Emil Quáck (1844-1924) was born in Stuttgart; his first wife, Anna, died in 1871, and Emil became a naturalised British subject in 1872. - the Quáck family originated in The Netherlands. His third marriage was to Laura Emma Jarratt, at Cheltenham, in 1909. Emil's trade was a wine merchant, and he was the supplier of Mumm champagne to the Cunard Line.
The descendants of Emil Aitken Quack, the elder son, or Emil himself, seem to have altered their surname to Aitken-Quack, while Frederick Charles Kilshaw Quack may have adopted 'Kilshaw Quack' as his family surname. I tried to make contact with the Aitken-Quacks without success.
