These are great Paul.

This one has an air of being hand coloured but presumably it is an early colour print? Do you think it was produced soon after 1904? From your experience, do you when coloured postcards were introduced?

I was in Brighton not that long ago and this thread on memorials makes me want to go back again!

I personally think the coloured postcards have more character even thought they have a niave quality about them.
Not really sure when "colour" started but some of mine have early postmarks.

Gentlemen,
All these monuments really are magnificent, they must have cost a fortune to construct back then too, but, the quality and attention to detail was superb.
