I am still having problems with my email service. This means that the site is not alerting you to updates on topics to which you have subscribed or posted to in the past.

I am working in this and hope to have it resolved soon.

I can report that the site has definitely been advising me of topic updates I have an interest in. Perhaps the glitch is not widespread?
