You have received so much appreciation because of all the help you have provided to other members of the forum over many years. Helping others with their research, sharing your knowledge and collection, posting information such as the Strathcona Orders and regularly bringing items of relevance from Canada and online to our attention of us all is greatly appreciated. Your approach and manner deserve great praise. You do a lot to support the forum.

I should also add that Mike promotes the angloboerwar.com site on other forums on which he is a member.

The voyage to knowledge always starts with the first step..... (Altered Slightly).....

It has been a two way street which started off for me as a dirt path with me just plodding along, going the wrong way sometimes and it is now a highway.....

Now I have also learned a great deal from this forum and the many members and I wish to thank them and Sir Timothy John Berners-Lee including of course David and Chris the founders of this forum.....

Who says that you cannot teach an old dog new things.....
