Good Morning Everyone...…

I was in my favorite 2nd hand store the other day and picked up some old Canadian bank notes..... The store owner said that he had something that I might like a souvenir handkerchief from the Boer War which I of coursed purchased..... The material is so thin you can read a news paper through it..... Interesting is that it was made in South Africa......

Thought every one might like to see it...…

A cracker Mike, great find.

Interesting it was printed in (Pieter)maritzburg, not a place associated with the Essex Rgt. One wonders if the printer made them for a range of regiments?
