Unpaginated [15 pages including the inside covers which have a plan of the ground and songs printed on them, numerous black and white photographs, portraits and illustrations, cream pictorial covers with title in gilt on the upper cover and a gilt edged vignette of Queen Victoria on the back cover, a good copy.
