Described as:

An excellent model, in steel and brass, of the 4.7inch QF Naval gun on its field carriage and with its limber, as used by the Royal Naval Field Force during the Siege of Ladysmith, Colenso, Magersfontein and other battles of this campaign. Overall length of the gun and limber is 430m (gun 270mm, limber 160mm) and the model is very detailed with opening hatches on the limber and elevational wheel to the barrel, it also has steel linings to the wheels
