Lady Mary Ann Mc Eacharn was the wife of Sir Malcolm Donald Mc Eacharn the well-known shipping businessman and politician who served as the Lord Mayor of Melbourne from 1897 to 1900. Lady Mary was the daughter of the mining millionaire John Boyd Watson.
