TOPIC:

This photo comes courtesy of Neville Constantine and depicts the Natal Police Contingent who were in the Defence of Ladysmith and, more specifically, the component that was in action at Wagon Hill on 6 January 1900.

If memory serves there were a total of 80 NP in the Defence - most are represented here. I have medals/groups to three of them:

- Arthur William Lean
- Morris Campbell Moule and
- Frank Otway Adam Loftus Norwood.

I wonder which are they in the photo?
