TOPIC:

This thread has the intention of identifying the images that made up the set of lantern slides.

I believe there were 40 slides, composed of 5 boxes:

Box I - The Boer Invasion of Natal
Box II - The Siege of Ladysmith
Box III - The Relief of Kimberley
Box IV - Surrender of Cronje & occupation of Bloemfontein
Box V - Relief of Mafeking and entry into Pretoria

All the slides relate to events in 1900.

There were also accompanied by lecture notes. Has anyone seen any such notes accompanying the slides?
