Hello, I am trying to find out more about these two very old large victorian photo albums I have found in the garage clear out , the more curious are the military ones , there are large photos of military officers , the quality is very high spec so must have been professionally taken by a photographer , there is an assembly of 14 officers , some are named under there image , Sir G Wolseley , Sir P Palmer ? , OMalley , Major Gen Henry,..
Maxwell, ..Hubbard ? , Marsh, Boyer or Boxer , they are all grouped together with other un named officers, on another photo there is again British officers , OMalley etc, posing with what looks like high ranking Indian officers in there dress and the British officers all have turbans on, including the OMalley, these are not copies they are genuine original photos , there's a large photo of the full squad of the 1st Punjab Cavalry , I am not trying to sell them but I am very curious if there of any small value ? Or is there some form of museum to take these to ? Thanks hope you can help

Your albums sound fascinating. is there any change you could post a few pictures so that we can get a sense of the contents? How large are the photographs?

Hi the sizes vary but are mostly aprox 10x8 inches , they are superb and clear , only reserves I have about photos are that I forwarded a great photo to a soldiers magazine , and received thanks reply and then saying they wish to use it in there magazine ? I haven't agreed to this but they have never replied to me since ?
