Hello, My name is Anne, I am new to this site. I am hoping to find out some information regarding my Gt Grandan Thomas Farley, from 27th Battalion Yeomanry Infantrymen. Number 37994. Sadly, he died from flu at the age of 40. :) :) :) I would appreciate any help you can give me please as I am new to this. Regards, Anne :)

Hello, welcome here,
Yes, he joined the IY rather late on, at the very beginning of 1902, a twenty tree year old carter, interestingly, he sent three shillings per day, from his pay, whilst in South Africa, to his wife, at home in Birmingham.
His IY papers which cover the Anglo Boer War have survived in WO128 at Kew and are available whilst there and on line, in fact, there are also a complete set of service papers that cover his subsequent service into the Great War too.
Again, welcome and bon chance should you take it further,
Regards Frank Kelley

They are not on here, as I said in my original post they are at the NA Kew, available whilst actually there or online via FMP/Ancestry.
