Just registered and hoping to be able to start searching for info on my great great uncle Arthur Place. about all I know of Athur was he definatley served in the war and survived it, and I would love to find out his service number ,regiment what medals he recieved and any other info. I have also posted in the Genealogy section of the forum a bit more info on arthur and how i know he was in the Boer war if anyones interested please look there. Any ideas on how to start would be of great help. Thank you.
