What you have there is a framed document from the Boer War. It commemorates the British and Colonial troops who marched in the town of Bloemfontein after it had been evacuated by the Boers. All the regiments who occupied Bloemfontein are listed along with the number of officers, NCO and men, horses and guns that comprised each unit.

Its a nice memento of the Boer War but I don't think it is terribly valuable.
