I have found him. The pages that were missing from DD7/65 are here. I just confused myself as I copied them in blocks. His page is a real poor copy, however, 3802 Victor Charles Carter enlisted into the CMR on the 19th August 1901 in England, he was 20 years old (perhaps 22) at the time. Discharged 11th December 1906.
