TOPIC:

I have a postcard (locally produced/printed in Heidelberg?) with an officer? on horseback. Can anybody tell me what unit he may have belonged to by looking at his uniform? As one can see his name is Phil (Philip?) and he has written to a Mrs Parker (is he Mr Parker? IE Philip Parker?). I am trying to work out who he is if I can. The photo is definately taken in Heidelberg from the hills in the background. Any help will be appreciated.
