Hello John,
Well, the "Royals" had a most interesting time from the point they arrived in South Africa, the tea time war was very much on, Lord Dundonald certainly put them in harms way on occasion, what particular aspects of the Anglo Boer War are you interested in?
Regards Frank Kelley

Hi Frank
At this present time I am trying to research the 1901 medal I have to 4667 Drew 1st Royal Dragoons, where he saw action etc and build up a bit info about him.
I have a WW1 war and victory medal to a 1st Royal Dragoon trooper which I try to collect info on.
My late father served with the Royals Prior to and during WW2.
many thanks
JohnB
