HI,

Thanks for allowing me to join...this is a great website and a fantastic repository of info regarding the Boer War which I have to confess to having observed from afar for some time. So I decided its about time I joined and came out of the wilderness so that I could chip in where I can. As for me, I'm in the UK and collect QSA medals and have done so for just over 20 years...and a fascinating (and somewhat expensive hobby it is too). The story that goes with the medal is the bit I really like though and the thought that I am holding the medal that the soldier held!

So thanks for adding me and I look forward to adding what I can.
