Assuming the information is correct, the father’s name is John. That is significant.
I found the papers of young John Sullivan. He attested with the number 36210 in the DCO IY ?Duke of Cambridge’s Own? Imp. Yeo. at Pall Mall on 7th March 1901.
He stated that he was 25 years old and born Battersea, Surrey and gave an address in Barnes. He gave his next of kin as his mother, Mary Sullivan and her address as St Peter’s Home, Meadow Road, Vauxhall.
Internet census searches gives
1891 at 3 Ratcliffe Cottages, Barnes
John aged 58 Ag Lab born Ireland
Mary 57 Ag Lab. Born Ireland
John 16 ?Newsboy born Surrey Battersea
1901 at 36 Ponton Street, Nine Elms, London
Mary Sullivan widow aged 67 B. Ireland Cork.
Ponton Street and Meadow Road are close.
Note that in 1901 census Charles Hall and Alice are living at 4 Waring Cottages, Barnes.
That gives you something to chew over.
Regards
Peter
