Asking for the benefit of experience regarding the number worn on the front collar or epaulette with Imperial Yeomanry uniforms. Does the number always represent the Company or may it represent the Battalion?
There are 20 Battalions and many numbers are higher so it makes sense that they are Company numbers, however in the case of the number on Rosette it appears these are Battalion numbers...
So the reason for my question as I have not figured it myself...
