Hello to fellow researchers, historians and the like who enjoy, like myself, in collecting and reading all things about the Anglo-Boer War.

I thought that it is only fair after a number of years, at regular periods of using this much helpful website for my own means that I introduce myself and where possible to help other like-minded people in assisting them where I can and furthering my knowledge along the way.

As an Australian and a Colonial at heart, I attempt to concentrate most of my interests on the forefathers of the ANZAC brotherhood that forms the bond between the New Zealand contingents and that of the Australian Colonies of this period. As a Queenslander (Bananalander from Bananaland or Banana Boys as colourfully reported in some period presses), I'm going to attempt to be impartial at all times and not to be mighty biased of course, to the Sunshine State.
