Are there any pictures of what the Role as RAMC would of looked like during the Boar war.. I see there a lots of pictures also of some personnel from this period but I would be very happy just to see this role he was doing and to save it to his file.

I have found some pictures on this site of the RAMC. I need to try to find out if any of thepictures might include him. Difficult as I have no idea of what he looked like other than he was 5ft 4 with Brown hair

Don't forget the scar on the back of his right hand! Slightly more seriously, as he was previously rejected by the army for "defective vision", I wonder if by the second time of asking he had adopted spectacles to overcome this shortcoming.
