A family member, AA Fotheringham, evidently qualified for this medal. He saw service in the George Town Guard
According to a "Roll of Individuals entitled to the South Africa Medal and Clasps under the Army Order granting the Medal issued on 1st April 1901" his Regimental Number was "110" and rank given as Pvt.
Any additional information would be gratefully received.
Thanks
Stuart

Hello Stuart

Take a look here and you will see his name and that he is not entitled to any bars for his medal......
