I have been collecting militaria since 1965 and Boer War since 1971..... OMG has it been 40 years already.....
I collect all items from medals, badges, books, ceramics, character figures, models, glassware, ephemera, textiles, just about anything I can lay my hands on and a few one of a kind items...... Even my new Girl Friend is from South Africa......
Many years ago my late wife had a sign made to go on my den door reading..... "Beware - He Who Enters Here Runs The Risk of Being Boered To Death"
I specifically look for items to Canadian Units, The Canadian Scouts and Canadians in the South African Constabulary......
