Im a new member, born in England and my parents emigrated to South Africa when I was young.1956)I grew up in South Africa and returned to England late in my adult life an came back to South Africa to retire. Having lived in both countries I have a fascination and unbiased interest in the War between them, which was sparked by reading Denys Reitz book "Commando" many years ago. Since then I have researched and visited quite a few very interesting sites, the most fascinating being the concentration camp at the Orange River station. I have just found this website and look forward to an interesting forum.
