Hello, all. Just found this fantastic site and registered immediately. I work at a public library as historian and genealogist. I am also running the Macalister one-name study, researching Macalisters (all spellings) worldwide. I don't have many contacts in South Africa, but Macalisters have been there from colonial times and sites like this really help me to start tracking them down.
