I am interested in building a small engineering model of the QF 12 pounder naval gun used at Ladysmith and later famous for the inter company field gun races.
Has anyone a source of a line or scale drawing showing the dimensions of key components.

Malcolm,

Welcome the forum!

That sounds a very worthy objective and I wish you well with that.

There are some pictures of these guns in Boer War publications but I would imagine they are not sufficiently details for what you need.

Have you tried the RA Museum?

Best wishes
David
