My Great Grandfather served in 1st Kings Royal Rifles in the Chitral Relief Force and in South Africa including at Ladysmith, he had 7 clasps to his QSA so served in many areas of the Boer War, he was not always the model soldier and was disciplined at Wynberg Hospital for drunkeness and swearing are the medical records available to show why he was at Wynberg.

Hello,
Any surviving medical records should be included/attached on/to his service papers, if these have survived, they will be in WO97, WO363 or WO364 at Kew, most, though not all, are available on line.

Do all websites have the medical records if available, I have his papers for 1892 to 1902 and 1914 to 1918 but no medical records
