Hello Everyone

In another post on this forum, I posted a Silver Medallion commemorating the opening of the Delagoa Bay Railway Line and issued to Van Blokland. Here is the second unrecorded medallion issued to Mr Van Blokland for the 1894 Paris Exhibition which the Transvaal Republiek took part in.

Mr VAN BLOKLAND

A WORLD map is in the center of the medallion and it is in silver while the otter ring of the medallion is in Gold

Beelaerts Van Blokland was the ZAR Ambassador to the Netherlands at the time and represented the Transvaal Republiek at the Exhibition.

It is about 3cm by 2cm.
