I wish my Aunt was still here bless her, so many questions to ask but too late now.

I can only find a reference to a William Arnold Vivian Reid but not sure that they would shorten the name on the medal and leave out Reid - seems odd!

I have looked in the books that I have and cannot find William Vivian......

Also

In one book there is a note that this medal is rumored to be in silver but at the time of writing cannot be confirmed......
