Hello Mike,
I suggest it is actually in quite good condition really, so bought in Canada, dare I ask the awful question, was it terribly expensive?
Notwithstanding the answer, I have to say that I'd have bought it without hesitation whatsoever!
I am green with envy!

No I do not know where his medal is, I know after some questioning the owner did not have it, Damn, it would have been nice to put together.....

But then again I was able to put some pieces of equipment, photo and pocket watch together along with a Strathcona medal together after over a year and from both ends of the country so there is still hope.....

Thanks for the comments, the heart did skip a beat.....

It cost more than a couple of bottles of wine and a pack of cigarettes but less than 3 bottles.....
