I would like to identify the uniform shown in this photograph - any suggestions?

It is khaki Drill for Foreign Service, given the photographers details, I would assume it dates from the latter part of the campaign or perhaps post Vereeniging, because of that, as the headdress being worn is clearly not the FSC, I would question the possibility of Militiamen, some of whom continued to wear their glengarries, or it might even be a couple of the wretched covenantors, notwithstanding, unless you know the identities of these men, it can only ever be speculation.
