I saw a very good write up about a rifle which ended up in Australia.

Can anyone assist with specific information on this rifle?

You illustrate two rifles neither of which is a Martini Henry. The first is a nice Rigby muzzle loading sporting/(possibly)Target rifle of indeterminate calibre and the other is a sporting rifle featuring what appears to be a Farquharson-type single-shot underlever action. Again of indeterminate calibre. Does either rifle have any naming or association with a man who served in the ABW?

IL.

Interesting...

Thanks Rob, I was not aware that there were actually two rifles.

Let me make some further enquiries.
