A new arrival to the collection. A nice group to Regimental Sergeant Major James Gilmour, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.
The most exciting bonus is the additional original paperwork and photograph which accompanied the purchase. I look forward to researching James. The only slight dissapointment is that the group is missing his victory medal. However, the small book and the original warrant papers and a WW1 MID clasp is most welcomed.

Dave...
You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
Best regards,
Dave

Nice group to an RSM highlander. Look forward to your future biography of him.

Hi Dave,

Oh very nice; great group and I look forward to the write-up!

I'm a sucker for QSA/WW1 combinations; so much to research and discover...Good luck.
Speak my name so that I may live again
