There is an eight bar QSA on ebay right now to ARGYL-SUTHERLAND-HIGHRS but the hair on the back of my head is standing up.....

Naming looks good; several unofficial clasps (i.e., lettering "bunched up" - not like the real thing) and IF the chap was actually entitled to those clasps, someone may well fancy it. However, not IL.

WO100/206 suggests that Joseph Todd appears to be entitled to Modder River, Orange Free State and Transvaal, sadly, WO97 does not confirm his clasp entitlement, but, nothing to suggest anything but five clasps and both medals.
