Fantastic police service nearly a century...... (Note: Percy Edgar Worth had a son who from what I can find was also a police office).......

There is of course as you will see a Boer War Connection.......

Note: Percy Edgar Worth's set is partly reconstructed, thankfully the missing pieces are un-named......

Note: Detective Chief Constable CID title was changed to Detective Chief Superintendent in 1945 ( Director of the Metropolitan Police had 5 Chief Constables for head of each department under his command).....

The Long Service and Good Conduct Medal for Police Forces did not come out until 1953 so each of the family members would have been awarded one......

Thanks to Rory and FMP I have been able to find over 60 newspaper articles on Percy so still finding more and more information.....
