Coincidentally I was talking to Oliver of DNW last Sunday and was able to compliment the photographer on her excellent work.

Petre : Name engraved in upper case capitals, rest impressed. On QSA roll he is shown with 2 initials only : maybe family "corrected" this.

I don't recall having seem many medals to officers of the ILI. This from Michael Kaplan:
