I acquired a Kimberley Star engraved to Burns of the DFA - see photos below - and note from the comment that the QSA to this man is extant.

Does anyone have this medal or know of its whereabouts? I would like to affect a reunite - either way.

It is unfortunate to see these star's separated, but, as the QSA was noted as remaining extant, there is a good chance, even in these hard times, that it will still be, I hope so anyway.

As a caveat to this story - the current custodian of Burns' QSA has contacted me. A reunite is potentially in the offing.
