Sorry cannot find anything under that Number or Name...… Do not know what the unit..... 1 H.C. is either...…

A brief glance at WO100/61 confirms Corporal Welbury was serving with the Army Hospital Corps and very clearly shows his entitlement to the Egypt war medal and clasp Tel El Kebir.
