Something you don't see everyday - a Cape Copper Company Mine bronze medal to a participant in the Siege of O'Okiep.

European men received the QSA and one of these. The CCCM management felt that this was unfair on the Non-European chaps who participated in the defence of O'Okiep and awarded this medal to all who participated.

This example, ex Bickley collection, was the only entitlement to J Fortein (L on the roll)
