Those were my initial thoughts too, both annoying and time consuming though, nor is the first such entry.

It looks like there should be another entry, Ancestry may have mangled the indexing.

Indeed, but, accounts had to be settled in full and any stoppages due were made before payments could be sent out, including the infamous blanket.
Notwithstanding, I suspect the entry is incomplete and somewhere another will appear.
