I've just acquired a QSA/KSA pair to John William Wheatland Edwards who served as a Farrier Sergeant in Thorneycroft's M.I. before transferring to Steinaecker's where he was the Veterinary Officer.

Can anyone help me with the T.M.I. side of things? I don't have access to Droogelever's book but do know that Edwards served with A Company - the nominal roll for this company is on the unit page of this site but, importantly, the "D" to "F"s are missing.

Regards

Rory

From "Thorneycroft's "Unbuttoned"'; He served with TMI as 8665 and from 20/10/99 to 5/3/01. SH from 10/6/01 to 31/5/02. Hailed from PMB, Natal.
There is nothing additional in Woolmore's book on SH.

A very tidy pair of medals there.
I especially like the rank of Veterinary Lieutenant!
