Here is an unnamed bronze QSA but with raised dates.

In the files that I think David found around medals to natives is mention of a question in parliament about the QSA and progress of issuing it, and a delegation visiting the Royal Mint to meet about the medals. They were given medals as a souvenir and I believe this is one of them.
