Dylan,

The 6th (Militia) Battalion Royal Warwicks left South Africa during May 1901 and were disbanded when they arrived home in early June 1901. Thus Alfred would have had to enlist in another unit and return to South Africa with them to have a chance of gaining the SA 1902 clasp or the KSA. His service records with the 6th (findable on Find My Past) show he did not do that as in 1901 he was transferred to the Army Reserve and reported in on an annual basis until he was fully discharged in 1905. Attached newspaper clipping from the Kenilworth Advertiser of 8th June 1901 which reports the coming home and disbandment of the 6th.
