A new purchase fro the Wakefield medal fair today

34713 Trooper James Gray Beckford Brabants Horse
James enlisted for the Brabants Horse on 10th May 1901 at Port Elizabeth
His lenght of service was 190 days, his time expired on 15th November 1901 his character is noted as "very good"

There is also a note querying whether he also served as 1106 in Uitenhage TG. The Supplementary Roll (WO100/237p128) has the SA01 clasps with most of the names pencilled through. Would that mean that he actually served with the TG
